Regent is a very good moving horse, a real powerhouse from a great motherline. Regent his breeder, the family Peek-Lanser also bred the amazing modelmare Amalia van de Heemstede who became Reserve Champion of the Central Mare Inspection last year. Regent also has a Crown AA halfsister called Queen van de Heemstede. A very good breedingline
Regent his mother is the ster preferent mare Barones van de Heemstede. She already got 5 minimal ster-offsprings but her last offsprings haven’t been to an inspection yet. Next a stermare, then another stermare and then another stermare. He comes from motherline 12.
Regent is a very strong moving horse with so much power and appearance! He has a very sturdy neck and is a real stallion to see. Regent is a very good mover with 3 very correct gaits. His walk has a lot of space, his trot is powerfull and with a lot of bend in the hindlegs and his canter is uphill and big. Regent went to the ‘Voorrijdagen’ as a 3-year old which is the round before the 70day test to become an approved stallion! We’re currently training him at L2 dressage level under the saddle and he gives a very good feeling! He is also ridden for carriage and safe in traffic. Regent is a very honest and sweet stallion with almost no stallion behaviour at all!
